About SharePad
SharePad is a cloud platform for working with large construction drawings. It helps architects, engineers, building managers and contractors collaborate through shared workbenches and links.
Hiring for the team behind SharePad means identifying people who can build and support that product. Getting from a reviewed CV to a productive candidate conversation should be as organised as the collaboration the business enables.
02 · The challenge
A useful shortlist could still become a folder of disconnected documents
SharePad’s published customer account centres on a practical problem: moving from a collection of CVs to a usable candidate contact list. A recruiter should not have to reopen every document just to start outreach.
The recruitment-fraud lens adds a second requirement to that handoff. A phone number must stay connected to the right person, and an unresolved CV concern should stay visible when the candidate moves to the next stage. Otherwise the team can act on a shortlist while losing the reason a record needed closer review.

The CrossClassify workflow
03 · The solution
Carry the candidate and the review context forward together
CrossClassify’s contact extraction organises details already present in readable CV text. It provides an operational link between the document being reviewed and the outreach record; a missing field should remain missing rather than be guessed.
The proposed recruitment workflow builds on SharePad’s published export experience. Review role-match evidence and CV risk findings, keep any unanswered question with its candidate record, then use the structured export to organise the follow-up.
For example, a candidate who lists one contact address in a CV and another in an application may simply have changed jobs or preferred contact channels. The reviewer can confirm the current detail. A structured record helps prevent an administrative mismatch from becoming either a lost candidate or an unsupported fraud allegation.
04 · Results and recruitment value
One export made the shortlist ready for outreach
SharePad’s published testimonial describes moving candidate names, contact details and match signals into one spreadsheet. The benefit is a more usable handoff from shortlisting to outreach.
The proposed next step extends that organised handoff to fraud review: keep the CV concern, the requested clarification and its outcome with the candidate. The team can then see which records are ready for an interview and which need a specific question answered first.
