How It Works
3 Steps to Complete CV Screening
Install the extension, open the side panel, and scan the LinkedIn page.

Make Better Screening Decisions with Match Signals
CrossClassify CV Checker compares each CV against the entered job description and surfaces three to five clear signals that strengthen or weaken the match. Recruiters can quickly see how a candidate’s skills, experience, and qualifications align with the role, helping them screen more consistently and identify which CVs deserve closer review.

Spot Suspicious Fraud Signals with Supporting Evidence
CrossClassify CV checker assigns each candidate a fraud risk score and highlights suspicious signals found in their CV. Recruiters can focus their verification efforts where risk appears higher and build a shortlist supported by evidence instead of assessing a stack of resumes through subjective judgment alone.

Contact Candidates Faster From One Exported Sheet
CrossClassify CV Checker extracts each candidate’s email, phone number, and LinkedIn profile from their CV into one spreadsheet, with match signals and risk levels saved alongside each record. Recruiters can contact suitable candidates faster without manually searching through individual CVs or copying contact information.

Why Us
3 in 1: What Recruiters Need
01
Match Signals
Each CV is compared against the recruiter's job description, highlighting three to five key signals of role alignment. This concise, actionable evidence helps recruiters assess candidate fit without having to review the entire resume.
02
Evidence Based Fraud Scoring
Every CV is analyzed for a fraud risk score and flagged for anything suspicious inside it, so recruiters know how much to trust it before investing time in the candidate. Each flag points to the exact signal that triggered it, from mismatched details to inconsistent history.
03
One Click Contact Extraction
Contact enrichment, extraction and validity checks run automatically, so names, emails, phone numbers and LinkedIn profiles land straight into a spreadsheet, ready to reach out. The whole batch stays in one file, so no candidate gets lost between tabs.
ATS Integration
No New Tab. No Setup.
CrossClassify CV Checker runs as a panel next to the candidate the recruiter is already viewing, with easy integration for Greenhouse, Lever, and Workday. Install it, open a candidate, and the results are right there.
Open a candidate
In Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, or LinkedIn Recruiter, just like normal.

The Side Panel docks next to the CV. Nothing on the ATS page moves or changes.
Result lands on the record
Match score, risk level and contact details sync back through the API automatically.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
CV fraud, misrepresentation, and template reuse are common enough that a second look can pay off before a call gets booked. The fraud risk score surfaces that check early, with evidence attached, rather than relying on intuition.
Email, phone, and LinkedIn details are usually already on the CV. Copying them into a separate list is repetitive work the extension can handle while it reads the CV anyway.
CrossClassify compares the skills, experience, responsibilities, and keywords in a CV with the recruiter’s job description. It then surfaces three to five positive and negative signals that show what supports or weakens the match, helping the recruiter decide whether the candidate fits the role.
The fraud risk score highlights patterns in a CV that may be worth a closer look. These patterns are called risk signals. They can include things like inconsistent employment dates, conflicting information between sections, unusual formatting, or other signs that the CV may need further review. Each signal shows what was detected, the supporting evidence, and a risk level (low, medium, or high), so recruiters can review the finding themselves rather than rely on the score alone.
Text extraction happens locally in the extension. The extracted text, CV filename, and job description are sent to the CrossClassify analysis endpoint. The original PDF or DOCX file never leaves your browser.
As reliable as what is written in the CV. The extension pulls whatever email, phone number and LinkedIn profile appear in the readable text; it does not guess, autocomplete or source information from anywhere else.
Customer Stories
Trusted By Hiring Teams
Reviewing applicants used to mean manually comparing every CV against the same job description, and shortlisting always fell behind schedule. CrossClassify changed that: scoring a full applicant list now takes under 10 minutes, and it has already caught two inflated CVs before they reached an interview.

We wanted faster shortlisting, but we did not want to hand the reading of CVs over to a tool nobody could check. After installing the extension, the time to review a full applicant page fell by 71%, and 3x more CVs reached a hiring manager in the first month, each one with the match signals and the points worth verifying already written down.

The breakthrough for us was not another ranking dashboard. It was turning a folder of CVs into a usable contact list. CrossClassify pulled each candidate's name, email, phone number, and LinkedIn profile into one spreadsheet, with the match signals beside it. Our recruiter could move from shortlist to outreach without reopening every document.

A fraud risk score is only useful if the team can challenge it. CrossClassify gives every CV a low, medium, or high risk level, then shows the exact signal and supporting evidence behind every flag. That changed the conversation from whether a CV looked suspicious to what, specifically, needed human verification.
