Why Your Access Control Won't Stop a Fraudster

AI Agents

AI agent access control determines what an agent is allowed to do, but it does not determine whether the person requesting the action can be trusted.

This video explains why access control alone is not enough for sensitive AI agent workflows involving payout updates, refunds, account recovery, payment changes, and withdrawals. An agent may have the correct permission to perform an action while a fraudster, compromised account, suspicious device, or abnormal session is behind the request. That creates a gap between agent permission and customer trust.

CrossClassify adds risk context by evaluating the user, device, session, behavior, bot activity, account links, and suspicious access patterns. This allows AI agent access control to work alongside fraud risk scoring before sensitive actions are trusted or escalated for review.
